Coaching history:
I’ve been in martial arts since the age of 7. It wasn’t until I got my black belt that I began going to squad and eventually started to compete internationally.
I am a qualified teacher and have been working in special needs schools for over a decade. I have not long been on the P.U.M.A. squad coaching team, but believe that I’ve helped students on and off the mats to make improvements and achieve great dreams and goals.
During my time on the coaching team, I have helped support people to timetable their training around their lives. I’ve looked over many videos to support students with gaining the skills of self- reflection.
I have delivered training sessions online to students and families. The P.U.M.A squad gained 8 medals from the most recent World Cup, which has been our largest medal tally at this event!

| Gold | Silver + Pupil profiling: discussion times around what makes a good competitor in an event, where you are currently and where you want to be. A discussion once per month on progress and check-ins. | £65 per Month |
| Platinum | Gold + Video analysis of themselves: a time to reflect on own performance strengths, weaknesses and a plan to support progression. Support on developing thinking/ self-reflection skills. Access to a private facebook group sharing video analysis of competitors, trends from umpires and referees. I will expect students to contribute regularly to discussions to get the most out of this service. Training timetables to optimise your time training, including rest time, and other priorities, whether that’s work or education for example. | £80 per month* |
